If your coffee selection doesn’t suite your preference, you can exchange your first bag from your subscription for a different variety to try at no cost to you. Simply email Support@BackTheBadgeCoffee.com and request an exchange.
To make the most delicious coffee, our beans are roasted fresh so we are unable to accept returns on coffee. If there is an error with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@BackTheBadgeCoffee.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll get it sorted.
